Professionalism

Attaining professional success transcends mere talent; it encompasses exhibiting unwavering professionalism, dedication, effective communication, and respectful interpersonal skills.

Through professional communication, I also have the opportunity to learn about and better understand students. I don’t grade students solely based on their output but also consider their complex circumstances, available resources, and individual learning paces, facilitating reasonable opportunities for them to catch up and stay on track with the course.

Please uphold professionalism by demonstrating respectful communication with your professors, team members, classmates, as well as in your performance, project management, presentations, and class participation.

Failure to exhibit these qualities may lead to not receiving the same level of respect and professionalism in return. Responsibility and accountability are essential.

Communication

  1. Do your homework: check emails, Canvas, Notion, and Discord for the class information before reaching out to Professor and your team member, or project manager. This helps streamline communication and ensures that your queries are as informed as possible.
  2. Checking Often:

  6. Have A Question Now? then Ask Now! I’m happy to answer 😄
