This was the base of the sculpture that I am going to work with. After a meeting with Binna (CT LAB professor) I felt like building the tree instead of adding onto a pre-existing tree to further the vision of natural destruction, and the amalgamated nature of the finished sculpture.

These are process photos of covering the pot of the plant with leaves, petals and other found plant matter to disguise the pot itself, while also integrate the dead plant matter. The dead matter is to show the difference in how the world is with the track we are on (one that is destroying the environment).
