Today, we held a brief individual meeting to review your process updates, address existing and potential challenges, and clarify your concept statements and visual and spatial design directions. Moving forward, it's crucial for you to refine your concept statement, which will significantly propel the development and iteration of your project.

Please focus on the following key elements:

• Clearly define the purpose and aim of your project and Concept Statement.

• Conduct material studies and tests to explore these choices further.

• Iterations and Developments:

  • Outline the sensory experiences that will evoke the intended emotions in your audience.
  • Choose materials and aesthetics that resonate with these emotions and experiences, and polish them further.

• Determine the tools and technology you will need, as well as any assistance required.

  Note: A few of you are exceptions to these requirements, as previously discussed.

  * Your thoughtful engagement with these aspects will ensure the depth and success of your projects.
